This is a powerful easy to use vacuum cleaner. It is easy to use on both rugs and bare floors. Highly recommended!
Vacuum worked great for about a year and a half and then I started having problems with the control panel but the customer service team was really helpful and ended up promptly replacing the unit with a new model. New model works great so far!
Great little vacuum. Has great suction. We have 3 dogs and use it daily. About a month ago the bin that holds the dirt wouldn't click in properly so the vacuum wasn't working. Reached out to Customer Service. Received a new replacement part at no cost. They were waiting for delivery of the part. Received it within a week of them having it in stock. Very satisfied .
Overall, I am very satisfied with this vacuum cleaner. First, it can quickly remove dust and dirt on the ground; second, it is very light, so I can operate it for a long time without feeling tired; third, its green light allows me to clearly see the dust on the ground without bending over; finally, it is very cost-effective, and I am very satisfied to have a vacuum cleaner of this quality at this price.
