Users who subscribe to Ultenic’s marketing email before each flash sale.

Each email address may participate only once.

Only buyers within the Ultenic official store’s delivery areas are eligible.

Promotion Format

During the event period, a total of 5 unscheduled flash sale rounds will be held.

In each round, we will send subscribers an exclusive €99 discount code (Code).

Email deliveries are entirely random; please check your inbox carefully (including the spam/junk folder).

Discount Code Rules

Each code can only be used 3 times; first-come, first-served, and it will expire when uses are exhausted.

This code cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, or promotions.

The €99 price associated with the code already includes VAT and shipping.

Usage Instructions

Once you receive the code, place your order on the official site as soon as possible. Due to extremely limited availability, the code may expire quickly.

This order is for a limited-time sale product; to ensure fairness, changes or cancellations are generally not allowed once the order is placed. If adjustments are necessary due to force majeure or company reasons, Ultenic will contact you.

​​Discount Code Issuance and Receipt​​

Issuance: The exclusive discount code will be sent via email to the subscribed email addresses of eligible users on November 7, 2025, CET.

Important Notes: Please check your inbox and spam folder. The code will only be sent via email and will not be re-sent.

​​Discount Code Rules​​

Offer Details: This code can be applied on top of all other promotional discounts during the sale and grants an additional 10% off the total order amount.

Limit: This discount is capped at a maximum reduction of 300 euros.

Examples:

If the discounted order price is 1,000 euros, using this code will deduct 100 euros (10%).

If the discounted order price is 3,500 euros, 300 euros will be deducted (the cap is reached).

Applicability: This code is applicable to all products available in the official Ultenic store, unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

Validity: The code is valid until November 24, 2025, at 24:00 CET. It will expire after this date.

​​Order and After-Sales Service​​

Orders placed using this code, provided they meet the conditions, remain subject to Ultenic's standard return, exchange, and warranty policy.

If a full or partial order return occurs, the applied discounts will be proportionally recovered, and the refunded amount will be the amount actually paid.

​​Exemptions​​

Ultenic reserves the right to cancel any order deemed illegal in the event of technical failures, abusive conduct (e.g., use of bots, fake accounts), or force majeure.

Ultenic reserves the right to interpret the rules of this promotion within the limits permitted by law and to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time. Any significant changes will be announced on the official website.
