1) The machine and the ground tilt angle should be at least over 30 degrees, to avoid water leaking from the HEPA.
2) Maybe the machine dropped down accidently before, which broke the water tank.
3) Maybe last time when using the vacuum, water was sucked into the fan inside. In this case, please dry the dirty water and install it back to the machine and see if still leaking.
