1) Ultenic AC1 wet dry vacuum can only connect to 2.4GHz networks.Make sure you are using the correct password for your 2.4GHz network. Verify that the password was entered properly, with no typos.
2) If you can't find AC1 on Ultenic APP, please long press the power button for 5 seconds, and try several times.
