My U10 Pro cordless vacuum battery lasts not long as before?

Please make sure you full charge the vacuum before using. 

Another reason your Ultenic U10 Pro vacuum is not working well is that it might have been sitting in the storage for too long. Appliances that stay in the storage for a few months might also lose their charge over time and have a dead battery when you take them out. 


So, if you find your vacuum suddenly last not long as before, please make sure to recharge it first, and try later. 

And below are some tips that will help you to get the maximum life from your battery:

1) Use Max mode less

Your vacuum is designed to be used in Auto or Standard mode for everyday cleaning. Which run time is maximized for a longer clean. 

Max or Boost modes are meant for powerful, intensive bursts of spot cleaning. 

2) Give it a break

By letting the battery run down to empty at least once a month, you'll help to prolong its life. If you have a spare battery, we recommend you swap them out from time to time, so that they both have time to naturally discharge.
