My D5/D5s/D5s Pro robot side brush is not working?

Please inspect the side brushes and remove any hair or debris, especially under the end caps. 


Reinstall the brushes and re-test the robot: Turn the robot over, place it on a flat surface, and press the HOME button.

If the robot continues to run without the error, please clean the brushes regularly, at least once per week.
