1) If you use other cleaning solution instead Ultenic's, it may cause the foam issue. Please pour out the water, clean the brush and use Ultenic cleanning solution coming together in the package. 

2) We do not recommend you clean the floor with detergent/shower gel/shampoo , it will make a lot of foam and may damage the machine.
