1) Please remove the battery and charge it directly with charging adapter, if the LED indicator light doesn't turn on. Please try with other charging adapter with 34.2V, if the light is on, it can be the adapter product.

2) If you charge the battery directly for 2-3 hours later without green light on, it can be the battery issue.

3) If only the LED indicator light doesn't turn on when charging with the wall mount, it can be the wall mount issue.
