About Customs Tax
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the local countries law. Ultenic is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products or services. Shipping rates are estimated and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. All return costs caused by failure to sign for packages / products will be the responsibility of the customer and not Ultenic .

Ultenic provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. This limited warranty provided by Ultenic in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law. A. 30-Day Free Return for any Reason
l Free Return through the Ultenic Support Team email@example.com
1. Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase.
2. For quality-related return, Ultenic provides a return label to the buyer and the shipping cost would be covered by Ultenic.
3. Returns product must include all original accessories.
4. Returns product must include original package.
5. For non-quality related return, buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
6. For non-quality related return, Ultenic keeps the right to refund the cost of the product itself.
7. Ultenic refunds buyers within 5-7 working days after receiving the returned product.
8. Returns for damaged products: Ultenic will offer a solution agreed by other sides to move forward.
l Return through other online shopping platforms: Please follow each platform's return policy.
l For Ultenic authorized resellers, Ultenic Support Team will offer technical support and as for the returns, please follow the return policy of the original channels.
l Free return via Ultenic Support Team is void in cases of the followings:
1. Out of warranty period
2. Damage caused by buyers, like (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
3. Returned policy for the purchases from authorized resellers need to be consistent with the local policy of resellers.
B. Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on the products sold directly by Ultenic or Ultenic’s authorized resellers are covered by the warranty in accordance with local laws, starting from the date of purchase.
l During the warranty service, the following items need to be well noted:
1. Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase, like order ID or/and sales invoice of online purchase, or sales receipt with the date and price if from some offline channels.
2. The defective product’s serial number and/or visible proof addressing the possible cause are required.
3. It may be necessary to return the product for quality inspection and repair to Ultenic’s after-sales service center.
4. Please note under special occasions, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).
l For quality-related warranty claims, products would be replaced with suitable replacement parts, or a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise maybe a new product would be offered.
1. Ultenic offers repair service or suitable parts for buyers to replace if possible (excluding consumables such as HEPA)
2. Ultenic will be responsible for shipping costs caused by the repair service.
3. The parts repaired and replaced during the warranty period are owned by Ultenic after-sales service center
4. Unrepairable products may be replaced with factory refurbished model, which continues the warranty period of the original order.
C. Nontraditional services are as follows:
1. For damaged product caused by the buyer side (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly), buyer will be responsible for the cost of accessories for repairing and shipping costs.
2. Warranty is void if without sufficient proof of purchase. Or the product information on the invoice and warranty card does not match the information of the product for warranty service.
3. Warranty is void for the products that have expired their warranty period. If needed, Ultenic will still offer paid services.
4. Warranty is void for the damage caused by unauthorized service center.
5. Ultenic’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on the products taken outside the country they were originally bought in.
6. Warranty is void for the purchases from illegitimate channels.
7. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded before. If needed, Ultenic will still offer paid services.
8. Non-consumable sales parts with a 90-day after-sales policy from the date of purchase.
9. When returning the products, please make sure it’s well packaged. Buyer is responsible for any damages caused by the package.
10. When products discontinued, Ultenic reserves the right to provide a replacement product of equivalent value, which continues the warranty period of the original order.
*Free products are not covered in the warranty.
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Ultenic, Ultenic takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Ultenic does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

What information do we collect?Information Provided by Users
●Your Account information: You provide your email, or log in for a third-party account (like Facebook), to create an online or application account (“Account”) or subscribe to our communications. If you refuse to provide such information, you may not be able to use the Services properly. When creating your Account, you may be asked to enter certain information, such as: your name, avatar, age, gender, address, telephone number and email address.
●Customer Support: When you contact us, you can provide us with information about your use of the Services, including information about the Ultenicelectronics and/or consumer products (“Products”) that you own and contact details, so that we can provide customer support.
●Your voice: When you use one of our voice assisted technology supported Products, with your permission, your voice will be acquired by that Product andthen transferred by that Product back to your elected third-party account (“Third-Party Account”) service as a command, such an Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant command, and relay you the requested information.
Product Usage Information
●Product monitoring: We collect information about how you set up and use our Products, such as: functions used; operations performed; time, frequency, and duration of your activities within the Services, and any unique identifiers associated with your Product. For example, we collect the time period you connected the Product to the Application and the time of the last connection, as well as what operations you used in the Account, settings, and other functions in our Products.
●Services utilization: We collect information that our Products store and report as a part of the Services. Also, when you schedule the use of our Products, we will save your settings.
●Images and biometric information: If you choose to enable imaging and biometric features in our Products, we will collect and process certain information collected from our Products, such as face images and underlying face prints. This information enables your Product to recognize familiar faces and to notify you of familiar and unknown people. These features may also allow you to utilize the Services to create and save video or photographic images of individuals. ●Web beacons: A web beacon (also called a pixel tag or clear GIF) is computer code that communicates information from your Device to a server. Some of Ultenic’s Services and communications may contain embedded web beacons that allow a server to read certain types of information from your Device, such as: the number of people who have viewed certain content, when you opened an email message, and your Device IP address. Web beacons help Ultenicdevelop statistical information to provide better and more personalized content.
